                                                   Sunday 16th August 2009

                                                 10am - 10pm (Your local time)

You are invited to take part in this great 12 hour Matthew Perry-athon

Lets face it, who wouldn't want to spend 12 hours watching this amazing man! Why not get a group of friends together a stack of FRIENDS dvds, a stock of Matthew movies, some munchies and you are all set for 12 hours of entertainment! Of course if you want to go all hard-core you could watch the same movie over and over if you have a particular favourite or streams of youtube tribute videos non stop for 12 hours!

Register your participation now by donating £2.00 (approx 3.29 USD) raising funds for the National Deaf Children's Society in honour of this fantastic man. August 16th is the Sunday closest to Matthew's 40th Birthday hence the date of the mperry-athon. Happy Birthday Matthew!

*~*~*~As you've probably gathered, I am a huge Matthew Perry fan and I know there are lots of us out there. I'm hoping you will all join me in this one off fun event and raise some money for this charity that is very close to my heart at the same time! I am aiming to raise £2000 for the NDCS this year culminating with me running the London Marathon 2010. My six year old son is deaf and the ndcs have been a great help and support to us and thousands of other deaf children and their families. Please help me to give back to them~*~*~*.

Once you've registered you'll receive an email containing a list of Matthew's movies and their running times so you can plan your Matthew Fest and a downloadable sponsorship form so that you can collect sponsorship from family, friends and colleagues.

If you don't want to do the actual mperryathon you can still donate to show your support or wish Matthew a happy birthday using this page. Please give whatever you can afford to, every little helps.

You can donate through this fundraising page from all over the world. Donations will be made in GBP but you can use the currency converter to help you work out the amount:

Donating through Justgiving.com is quick, easy and totally secure. The National Deaf Children's Society gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please get involved now.
