My story
Right...
Basically, I've agreed to be subjected to 365 days of torture in the aid of rasing money for a cause close to us all, Macmillan Cancer Support.
My challenge is for a WHOLE YEAR to let NONE of the following pass my lips:
NO Alcohol, NO added sugar, NO added salt, NO takeaways, NO coffee, NO sweets, NO fizzy drinks, NO butter, NO milkshakes, NO saturated fats... Basically, think of your favourite foods and realise, I CANT HAVE THEM FOR A WHOLE YEAR!!
I will also be doing various charity events & fun-runs along the way to help get me to my total, inc the Hull, Leeds & York 10k's, the Great North Run and many more!!
Please dig deep and help those who need it, BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY HELP TO KEEP ME MOTIVATED!!
