An update from August 2009 - I contracted Meningitis and was not permitted to do my Kilimanjaro trek as originally planned.  I was absolutely devasted but every cloud has a silver lining as my husband will now be joining me on a 10K run for Action Against Hunger's first Corporate Challenge.
