Hi my name is Naomi Smith. i had a liver transplant when i was 16 months old due to a liver disease called Biliary Atresia.

I have been really interested in sport all my life. I compete at the British Transplant game for my hospital. In 2006 i got selected to compete for the United Kingdom in the 2007 world transplant games in Thailand. i came back with 3 golds and 2 silvers. Again i have been lucky yo have been selected for the 2009 world transplant games in Australia. I am a very hard training athlete who would like a career in sport further on in the future. In order for me to go to the world transplant games i need to raise this money by myself. I get no funding at all.
