I am running in the British 10K London Run on July 6th and wanted to raise some money for Down's South, a fantastic project in South London providing speech and language therapy for children with Down's Syndrome. 

10K is hardly impressive compared to all you marathon runners out there, but it's the first time I've attempted anything like this so, believe me, I'll be feeling it...
