Hey everyone....on the 27th Sept at 8am I will be setting off on one of my biggest challenges to date! I will be taking part in the Lancashire loop 100mile bike ride with a total climb of 5000ft to raise money for the charity I work for called 'the message trust'. Not only is this a tough challenge physically but also mentally as I haven't rode a bike since I got knocked of 18 months ago in Manchester!
