Next weekend, Daddy and I are taking part in the St Albans Charity Cycle Ride, doing a 10 mile route to raise money for charity.  Charities being supported this year include Grove House, our local hospice, the Alzheimers Society and Salt of the Earth.  I am very excited about the ride and have been out cycling every weekend to prepare myself - I just hope Daddy can keep up with me!!!
