It‘s like this....We must obtain a vehicle / death-trap for under £250 that will get me and my esteemed co-driver Doogall from England toPortugal. It shall be a perilous journey through mountains, desert and baking sun, down slippery coastal roads and hazard-laden sleepy towns – all  in a motor that is likely to be, well, not very good.

While it promises to be a giggle, We're doing this for a good cause too. It's for a charity called Gemin-i, who you can find at the link below or by looking left

Gemini specialise in providing learning tools to under privileged children around the world. They bring people together and enable them to share resources, knowledge and make friends from different creeds and cultures. They also raise awareness of crisis issues in these areas to encourage intervention and support. Last year they raised £50,000 from the rally to increase awareness of the genocide inDarfur. Enough said.

All in all it's a great charity and one that we hope to raise a bit of cash for.
