For the past two years our team has undertaken a sponsored calorie burn in support of St Mary's Hospice in Selly Oak, Birmingham - you may have seen us in the Birmingham Post.
In 2008 twelve of us burnt a total of over 15,000 calories just 2 hours at Virgin Active gym in Broadway Plaza.
Thanks to the generous support of customers, professional contacts, friends and family we have raised approximately £7,500 for St Mary's through the Calorie Burns of the past two years.
Our target this year is 17,500 calories.
We are delighted that Virgin Active have agreed to host the event once again - on Wedensday 1st July.
