My Training So Far !!!
1/8/10 - the last few weeks have been hard but worth it as I have taken off 1.5 min off my 1mile time !! so now its all about keeping focused and pushing through to the next level of my PB!! :o)
12/08/10 - Well I did run for a 6mile route on Sunday and I have to say it was hard, but will be doing the 6miles for the next 2 sundays and will then increase to 8miles! doing alot more Leg exercises and upper body training. I am feeling alot more confident than when I first started..... Anyway will keep you all updated on my progress!
