Well I honestly thought I would never be writing one of these pages all those who know me will realize that anything remotely involving fitness is way out of my comfort zone,so throwing caution to the wind I have decided I will jump on a bike and cycle from London to Paris in aid of DEBRA. Obviuosly I havnt thought this through at all but im going to give it my best shot, the challange is to ride 180k a day for 3 days running in June,,just to give you some idea of my preperation I didnt even have a bike when I signed up to do this!.Anyway if you can find some time to sponsor me I would be really grateful, below is a brief explenation of what DEBRA is all about

DEBRA is the national charity that supports individuals and families affected by Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB)– a genetic condition which causes the skin to blister and shear at the slightest friction or even spontaneously its truly horrible especially in children so I hope to raise as much as I can for them, there is a real chance of a cure and anything you can give would be greatly appreciated
