Scott has been working for the Crusader Foundation and Coventry Crusader Basketball since the spring of 2005. He is currently the Director of the Foundation and Head Coach of the first division men's team, Coventry Crusaders. Rebecca is also involved as a volunteer.

It's been fantastic seeing how many opportunities this work has provided to interact with kids in the community and to be an encouragement in their lives. Our coaches were coaching kids in over 42 schools last year as well as running camps and other events. We also run what we call "5th Quarter", which is a social gathering after the games giving time to interact with families and team supporters.

This work is partially funded by schools and grants, but more funds have been needed to continue to achieve current projects and develop a basketball academy. More funds are also essential to support current staff.
