20 weeks in, and you might be wondering, what has changed with me?
* I have lost just under a stone of fat
* My heart and lungs are bigger, and my metabolism has changed for the better by a factor of nearly 300% (evidence available upon request)
* I now talk about running quite a lot, and I don't hate sportspeople any more
* I now have a job in Great Yarmouth, and I live in Nottingham
