There's only one month to go until the world's most popular half marathon, The Great North Run, so I thought it was about time I got my sponsorship page up and running! Ive chosen to fundraise for The Skin Cancer Research Fund, a charity very close to my heart, which is doing some great work in public education and research. Ive done a couple of 10km's before but this will be the first time Ive attempted a half marathon so I'll be treading into the unknown! I'm aiming for a sub 2 hour time and will be really pleased if I manage it, so I'll let you all know how I get on in a months time!!
