My story
August 4/5th 2007 brings the The Michelob ULTRA London Triathlon. Which comprises of 1500m Open Water Swim / 40km Bike / 10km Run, one after the other, no time for breathers.
I dabbled in 2006, but this year, it's time to get serious... about charity that is.
A win would be nice, but i am planning for an excellent novice result, top ten in my group.
