My story

What seemed like a good idea is now becoming a painful reaity! But you can help me over come that pain, "how can I help you Neil" i hear you ask, well..........funny you should ask that here! The only way you can help me (other than actually running the marathon for me, which would be nice) is to sponsor me lots and lots for this very worthwhile cause, which is close to my heart.

Your sponsorship will definitely make the training on a cold wet evening after another horrible day at work (if my boss is reading - I love my job) so much easier and make the idea of just sitting at home in the nice warm house disappear! As you can see from the photo, I'm not a very good runner - so please convince me i'm doing the right thing!

Thank you kindly

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Cardiac Risk in the Young will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.
