Last year on a dark day in winter my company suggested that any of the employees could volunteer for a skydive to raise money for the Toy Trust. Being a daring sort of chap I stupidly thought I'd give it a go....not really thinking about the consequences of this!!
Since then I've had a little time to think and the phrases I've heard bandied around the office like 'jumping out at 12000ft' and 'falling at over 120mph for over 30 seconds' are starting to make me feel a little nervous (well verging on terrified!!). I just have to keep telling myself that this is for a great charity and will be a great experience.
Clearly if you could sponsor me to help me achieve my target I would really appreciate it. Donations start at as little as £2 and no matter how strapped for cash we all are I think we could all afford £2 (but hopefully a lot more ;-).
