So I love a 10K but this year has been difficult thanks to the knee injury however I managed the Stranraer 10K a few weeks back and now I've heard of this one. It's basically 2 laps of the campus at Stirling Uni where I studied.

Now I normally don't ask for money when I run as I do them for my own amusement but this one's different. I've been part of the roadshow team at the Anstruther lifeboat gala for a number of years and I've learned a bit about what they do and why we need to support them. The crews risk their lives everytime they get called out and yet we hardly ever hear about the work that they do.

This is my small way of helping out. Oh yeah, and I'll be wearing Rudolph antlers and a Rudolph t-shirt. That's got to be worth a few quid?
