Im running the Great Yorkshire Run (11km through Sheffield) in preperation for next years great North Run. I'm really happy to be running for a great charity ( AAIR Charity) that helps people with Asthma and allergies through researching potential cures and means of improving the life of sufferers. As someone who suffers from both the above, as anyone has had to endure me sniffing and snorting in the morning due to my allergies can testify, it is a charity i feel passionate about supporting.

Any cash you can spare to support this charity will be massively appreciated, however small.
