I am taking part in the Rotary Club of Wilton Cycle Ride on May 18th to raise money for the Salisbury District Hospital Stars Appeal’s new Caring 4 Kids Campaign.
I am proud to a patron of the Stars Appeal which has already achieved a great deal in complimenting the life-saving work of our local Hospital in Salisbury. Our new Caring 4 Kids campaign aims to help fund a highly advanced new Children's Centre atSalisburyDistrictHospital. The centre will benefit thousands of children from across Wiltshire, Dorset and Hampshire.
Over 6,000 children come throughSalisburyDistrictHospital every year. They are treated for serious illnesses including cancer, cystic fibrosis and meningitis. They also receive care in emergencies and for other childhood conditions. Everything from broken bones to having their tonsils out.
At the moment, children's services are housed in outdated wartime buildings. In 2010, through your support, we hope to have turned existing buildings into a state-of-the-art unit offering the most advanced children's facilities and medical expertise under one roof.
Please do take a minute to visit www.starsappeal.org and read some of the inspiring stories of the local children that your donation will help.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Salisbury District Hospital Stars Appeal will receive your money faster and, if you are ataxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
So please sponsor me now! Many thanks for your support. Nick Holmes Patron – The Stars Appeal
