Although I'm doing the London Marathon for the 4th time, it doesn't get any easier!! The last few months have been a hard slog of long training runs, and cutting down on nights out at the weekend, but I'm hoping it will all be worth it on Sunday 25th April. 

As most of you know, I work in the cancer department at Ipswich hospital, so obviously have a special interest in the cancer campaign in suffolk. They are a small charity that help and support the people of suffolk who are affected by cancer.
