About my charity : Groundwork Devon and Cornwall Groundwork Devon and Cornwall
Groundwork Devon and Cornwall help communities to regenerate living spaces throught Caradon, Plymouth, Restormel and Torbay. It covers Business, land, employment, youth, education and community. Its Horticultural Healing Project offers horticulture as a form of therapy to people with mental ill health and/or aquired brain injury.

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me and Team Groundwork online.

A few idiots on the Groundwork Team (me being one of them) are attempting to raise some money for our Horticultural Healing project in Plymouth and so we are going to run the Plymouth Half Marathon.  As many of you will know I usually stick to rowing so running this far is quite a personal challenge!
