Here we are again. We must be mad... 
Having taken on our first, 10km race in 2016, followed by the challenging Bournemouth Half Marathon in 2017, we're back for more...

We're beyond excited to have now achieved charity places in the Virgin Money 2018 London Marathon (22 April), running as part of #TeamAutism! for the National Autistic Society. 

This one's really important to us, so we wanted to raise the stakes... Someone very close to us is on the autistic spectrum and after years of research about the various conditions, traits, treatments, therapies and so on, the cause that this charity represents certainly has a personal place in our hearts.

We're committed and giving it 100%...
We lead such busy lives with our own businesses, family life and other commitments, but we've got no other option but to go for this and we want to raise as much money as we can, knowing that every bit we raise will motivate us to keep going and push us even further.

Please get behind us and give us the push we need! 

CALLING ALL LOCAL BUSINESSES!

Put quite basically, we need your help! We're asking just 10, local businesses to support us in our mission and work with us in the lead up to this hugely-renowned, widely-supported event. We’re asking all business who want to be a part of our journey to support us with £200 for this excellent, hard-working charity (of course, you can donate more if you so wish!).

How can you benefit?

We want to ensure we give as much as we can back to you, by way of benefits to your business and ensure you’re receiving the recognition you deserve for supporting such a cause and being linked to this type of world-iconic event.

We pledge to:

• Create fortnightly Facebook posts including mention of your business, shared with hundreds of personal friends and followers of business pages. We can include strapline promotional text for you in our posts and regularly like and share any business posts of your own pages.
• Print your business logo on our promotional National Autistic Society t shirts - photos in social media posts and at fundraising events in advance of and on Marathon day itself.
• Include you in press releases to local press and radio contacts promoting our sponsors. We will include your contact details in notes to editors, should they wish to contact you further to find out why you are supporting us with this mission.
• Offer your business a presence by way of a pop-up banner or similar and business cards or promotional fliers available at any linked, organised fundraising events.
• Include a mention of your business on our business email footers with a link to the JustGiving page online.
• Include a paragraph of text (changeable monthly) promoting your business, plus a link to your website, here on our JustGiving page.
