The London Marathon has been something I have wanted to run for as long as I can remember, I have always enjoyed seeing the adrenaline and anticipation of the runners on the start line and the sense of achievement of the finish line and have always wanted to be a part of that buzz. YHA has given me this opportunity to get my very own medal whilst supporting this fantastic charity I have had the great pleasure of seeing the results of first hand whilst running the Canterbury Youth Hostel over the past 7 years. With the many children that wouldn't have been able to experience all the excitement of their first night away from home with their friends and all of the fantastic things that Canterbury has to offer, this charity has made a real difference to expand the horizons of many underprivaledged children that otherwise would have had to stay behind.
