Run to the Beat on 5 October 2008 is London's first half marathon. Sponsorship money will go to St Margaret's Hospice which does an amazing job enhancing the quality of life of patients with long term illnesses.

It would be hugely appreciated if you could sponsor me. St Margaret's care costs over £7 million each year, of which 80% needs to be raised through charity.
