In April 2007 I am planning to walk to the North Pole to raise much needed funds for the MS Society.

This is a cause that is very close to my heart as two years ago my dear friend Dirk was diagnosed with the disease. His struggle and bravery has inspired me so now it is my turn to take on a giant challenge. Please help me to help this wonderful cause so they can keep working to try and make my friend better.

Just announced we are holding a fundraising event in Central London on 15 June that is going to include lots of good food and wine as well as private screening of a classic movie and a behind the scenes talk about our expedition. If you are interested drop me an email to joe@capitalgroup.co.uk

Update April

Well it is finally time to go. The team will be together tonight for our final meal with knives and forks and we fly off to Norway tomorrow.

Just a huge thank you to everybody for all the messages of support and love I promise to torture you all with endless tales and photos on my return!
