Hi there,
Yes its true we are back in London and stronger then ever, infact we are better all round, its as if we have had an upgrade, i tell you i feel great.
Anyhoo enough nonsense, we have indeed completed our 900 mile cycle ride from  John O'Groats to Lands End.  It was, i think i can safely say for both of us, the hardest thing we've done. Not just physically but mentally, keeping going at times was last thing i wanted to do, especially when you've gone 7 miles in the wrong direction, but we did it.  Spending two weeks with Lewis was an absolute treat and i could never have got passed day 2 without him.  We are still looking to raise as much money as we can for Rainer, so please continue generously

Otherwise just a massive thank you to those of you that have already donated, and to everyone for the support you gave two idiots who had no idea how far 900 miles is. They do now!!
