Third time lucky they say and Jeremy from Núa is hoping that’s true as he embarks on the third year of his sponsored 24 hour Static Cycle Marathon as he aims to raise money and raise awareness of the Pride charity at this years Winter Pride.

This event, which has been dubbed the maddest ever event done for Pride will take place opposite Sexy Toy store Núa on Ship Street, on Monday 4^{th February from midday, finishing on Tuesday 5th February 2008 at midday.}

As they’re on the third year, they are celebrating in style by involving 3 bikes, 2 extra to accompany him during his ‘Tour De Brighton’. The idea to have an extra bike to get the supporters and community to be involved was a big hit last year and so they’ve made it third year in a row with 3 bikes to allow more people to come and enjoy the event first hand and encourage the passers by to dig deep for Pride!

Once again all proceeds are going to Pride to contribute to the ongoing support for the local charities and voluntary organisations in the LGBT community within Brighton and Hove and contribute to providing another FREE ‘Pride in the Park’, this year. Winter Pride is all about raising the awareness of the work the charity does throughout the year as well a great excuse to have lots of fun through fundraising events in venues across the city. After the success of the last two years events raising over £2500 for Pride it is hoped that he will be able to raise another £1000 to add to the total.
