Adrian Jones

Yn Nadolig 2009, bu farw fy nghefnder Adrian Jones ar ol salwch hir. Er mwyn dangos ei fod yn cael ei golli gan ei ffrindiau i gyd a'i deulu, byddaf yn cerdded er mwyn codi arian ar gyfer Walton Neuroscience. (Lluniau o Adrian ar y chwith)

Up Snowdon, Scafell Pike and Ben Nevis in one day

Ready for any challenge, members from Les Croupiers Running Club and Outdoor Fitness will be doing than national three peaks challenge

Starting on the bottom of Ben Nevis, the team will be spending 24 hours walking up and down the three highest peaks in Wales, England and Scotland.

Adrian Jones

At Christmas 2009, my first cousin Adrian Jones unfortunately died after a long illness. To show that he is missed by his friends and family, I will be walking to raise money for the Walton Neuroscience. (Pictures of Adrian on the left)
