In order to raise money for Leading for Life conference needs, I've committed to cycle, run, walk and maybe swim (whatever will be faster ) the distance from Oxford to Berlin (660 miles or 1062 km) in 100 days (the number of working days between now and the conference).  It's not an actual race from Oxford to Berlin, it's more of a virtual race when I'm going to run, walk and cycle here in Kiev and just count mileage of how much I did during the day and it will be updated on the map, the same will do the other participants.

The money will go towards gifted leaders from soft-currency countries as well as other things required to make the conference happen.
