We are taking on this challenge to raise money for Asthma UK. All the team members and the support team have personal links with this condition and want to do something to raise awareness as well as money which will be used to fund important research and may help thousands of people who are affected by Asthma. 90% of all deaths from Asthma are preventable and anyone who has had to sit with a loved one in A&E as they fight for breath (as we all have) will know just how frightening this disease can be.
The Challenge itself involves climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon - in 24 hours! We are well into our training now with twice weekly group walks and plenty of stair climbing & walks on our own inbetween. We are confident we can achieve this demanding goal. As the days are getting longer....the bikes and running shoes are also out too!

We held a fundraising Scrufts Dog Show & Family Fun Day on Sunday 2 May 2010 at Old Buckenham Hall School, Brettenham. There were classes from the fastest bun eater to the waggiest tail plus side stalls and refreshments where we raised nearly £350 - fantastic since it was all in the rain!
We are getting closer to our target every day.....so please dig deep and donate now.
