Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. As an alternative to the usual gift list, we would be thrilled if our wedding guests would help us to raise money for the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. The Trust was featured on the BBC's documentary The Elephant Diaries, and it rescues and rehabilitates baby elephants and rhinos in Kenya's Tsavo National Park. Many of the babies are orphaned when their mothers are killed by the snares of ivory poachers. Part of the Trust's work involves a desnaring project to attempt to eradicate this barbaric trade.
