This page has been set up to allow relatives and friends to make donations to the Iain Rennie Hospice at Home in memory of someone special to them. Please ensure that you give the name of the person in whose memory you are donating in the "comment" box.

Donations can be made anonymously or you can give your details if you prefer. They will NOT be passed to any third party. Please note that we will add your name to our newsletter and e-News bulletin mailing lists unless you tick the "no further contact" box.

If you decide not to remain anonymous, we will ensure that your name (but not the amount of your donation) is added to any list of donations that we are compiling on behalf of the family or next of kin. They will therefore know that you have contributed. 

UK tax payers can boost their donation by 28p for every £1 given by allowing their donation to benefit from Gift Aid. Tax can be reclaimed automatically if you tick the Gift Aid box.

Every gift makes a very real difference to the amount of care that Iain Rennie nurses can provide to patients and families. We very much appreciate your gift and promise to spend it wisely to provide specialist nursing care, free of charge, to patients and families in need of support throughout the Chilterns area of Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire in the UK.
