At the start of April I completed the Marathon Des Sables... a 155 mile run across the Sahara desert carrying with me all the kit and food that I needed for the week! Whilst this hurt somewhat, you can ease the pain by donating generously to the amazing Macmillan nurses! Last year they reached a record 12.7 million people, a dramatic step towards their goal of improving the lives of everyone affected by cancer.
