This year I've set myself 2 challenges, the first is embarking on a completely closed road cycling sportive, the Velothon Wales challenge. This year it'll be a challenging 140km cycle through many of South Wales iconic sites. The Velothan Wales will take place on Sunday 22nd May 2016.

The second challenge is an organised walk around Guernsey which will take place on Sunday 11th June 2016, taking in approximately 38 miles in one day.

Bobath Children's Therapy Centre Wales are an amazing charity that provides specialised physiotherapy and other therapies for children throughout Wales who suffer from Cerebral Palsy. For this reason we at Old Post House nominated it as our charity partner for 2016. I feel that these two challenges I've set myself are simple compared to the struggles children with Cerebral Palsy deal with every day.
