Hi Guys

As many of you will know I have got into triathlon in the past couple of years. I have completed two Sprint distance and now moving onto an Olympic distance. This is a 1500m swim, 40k bike ride and a 10k run. I have been training hard for the last 6 months and hope fully will finish in under 4 hours.

This is going to be a really hard challenge for me personally as I was only taught to swim front crawl about 4 years ago and started running about 5 years ago. The bike was the last discipline to start which was christened by me falling off on my maiden ride !

Reach is a charity for children with upper Limb deficiency's, Freedom have been working with the charity for about the same time as I have been training. The children and families are a true inspiration and I would just like to feel my efforts were raising some money for these amazing children and their  families.

Those of us with children know how hard raising a family is, these children and their families have tougher challenges to face than most of us could ever imagine. Please give generously as your money will help these children access the help they need.
