I set myself a challenge this year to run in the Great North Run, now that I feel I can achieve this.

I want to make the best of the experience by using it to give back to a fantastic organisation that helped my family through a very difficult time a few years back. I decided that I would run this in memory of my Dad back when I first applied, as it turns out, the race day would have been his birthday :-)

St Oswald's do fantastic work and need our help to keep caring for people and their families. So I would appreciate any donations you can make, just the cost of a couple of pints could make all the difference.
