I have been invited into a team to take part in the Samworth Brothers Charity Challenge which is an all day event taking part in and around Lake Vyrnwy in Mid Wales. Teams of four will be challenged with an arduous course to self navigate and amass points. This will include cycling/paddling and running with optional activities such as abseiling to increase your points. We as a team are looking to raise £2000 for the Merlin Centre for Multiple Sclerosis in St Austell, a local charity to one of our team members - A centre of excellence in Cornwall providing a range of expert care, support and therapies to improve the lives of those with Multiple Sclerosis and other neurological conditions, their families and their carers. www.merlinmscentre.org.uk
