My story
Thanks for taking the time to visit Provelio's PACE 2012 JustGiving page!
This year's Challenge will see the Provelio team hike 30 miles in Wales to raise money for Ty Hafan family hospice for young lives.
Ty Hafan are a team of palliative care specialists who provide care and for life limited children and their families.
Since 1999, they have helped over 400 families. The money we raise will be used to help them continue this inspirational work.
Please dig deep and donate as much as you can. Provelio will match all monies raised on a £ for £ basis.

Many thanks to all who sponsored us this year. Thanks to your support we managed to raise an amazing £6,484 for the Ty Hafan Childrens Hospice. On behalf of us all at Provelio, a sincere thank you to you all.

Tŷ Hafan offers comfort, care and support to life-limited children, young people and their families helping them make the most of the time they have left together. For Tŷ Hafan to offer this unique service completely free of charge to families in Wales, it has to raise over £3 million every year.
