I am participating in a 250 mile cycle ride around southern India over 5 days for International Childcare Trust from 14th-23rd November.

For me this is a very exciting but extremely challenging experience for which I am undergoing some serious training because I want to help vulnerable children in Kenya, Tanzania, India, Sri Lanka and Cambodia

It is not going to be easy but neither is life for 28 Million children who die from easily cured diseases each year.

Over 132 million children globally are orphaned due to extreme poverty, conflict, dysfunction and HIV/AIDS.

Your donations will provide deprived children with shelter, healthcare, a decent education, skills training and companionship.

Your money will go far... !

£5 will pay for tetanus vaccinations for 20 kids

£14 will provide 2 new desks to go into a classroom

£35 will provide bursaries for young people to train in English, computers, mechanics and plumbing

£40 will buy a child a school uniform and shoes for primary school

£72 will protect a child from abuse and exploitation with the provision of counseling and support

These children currently have nothing. They require so little to make a difference to their lives so please dig deep into your pockets.
