We thought it would be a really good idea if we all got some exercise! (Well - one of us did...)
Although we face exciting challenges everyday, this one is different! This one means running 10k at the charity Bristol 10k run.
None of us are professional athletes so we will all be preparing for this run in our own ways. Lots of hard work and pain will be involved so if you want to see us doing something good - support us by donating! We really need your motivation too...
We'll keep you up to date with what we're doing and how we're training for the event which is on the 9th May 2010.
Our chosen charity is Orchid - a charity that who's mission statement says "Orchid exists to save men's lives from testicular, prostate and penile cancers through pioneering research and promoting awarenessmen who have testicular cancer and related illnesses." We have worked with them in the past and the organisers are just such nice people doing fantastic work for a less heard of charity. We really think they deserve some help.
