In the post-race euphoria of making it though last year's Great South I thought it a good idea to sign up for this year ..... and promptly forgot about it! I'm now back in training for what I suspect will be my running retirement do, but we'll see what a bucket load of adrenaline has me doing after this years run.

This year I'm running for Ellie's Haven in Cornwall, they provide children with life limiting, life threatening and prolonged illnesses and their families with short breaks in the wonderful surroundings of Cornwall and Devon - a special place for special children.
