This is the ninth year I have taken part in the Rotary Clubs of St Albans Charity Cycle Ride. I completed 40 miles in last year's ride (pictured left with about seven miles to go) and I plan to do the same on 17 May 2009 (40 miles is the maximum distance permitted in this event). I am well into my training schedule and I hope that my bike and I will be fully fit by mid-May. So please sponsor me now!
