He's STILL on a diet!

'Mr Pat' The Trussell Trust's General Manager is on a sponsored diet, please dig deep into your wallet to encourage him.

On April 1st Mr Pat weighed in at a staggaring 107.5 Kilos (Kilos in the hope that you will not convert to Stones and realise how big I really was!)

On July 1st I weighed in at  96.5 kilos

Weight lost to date 1stone 10 lbs!

Will you sponsor me on a diet? Help me to get that old body back and help us at  The Trussell Trust to run The Food Bank , Overseas and Social Enterprise Projects.

This sponsorship is just a kick start to a longer term weight loss plan, and was aiming to at 95 kilo's, but am willing to revise that to 90 kilo's if you dig deep enough!  (the last time I weighed 90 Kilos - 14.5 stones was in 1990)
