My story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
As some of you are aware myself and a number of my friends and colleagues are going to be undertaking a sponsored event in February that we have named “On Yer Bike For Brain Tumours!” to try and raise vital funds for Brain Tumour Research.
I therefore wanted to see if people would be able to support us and the “On Yer Bike For Brain Tumours!” event, digging deep in to your pockets to sponsor where you can!
The event will involve a large group of us taking part in a big “Spinnathon” on the 4 February, leading a relayed Spinning class for 12 hours, some will join part and others (well one fool) will try and cycle the whole duration. The basic aim is to keep the pedals a turning for the whole 12 hours on a number of Bikes.
The charity we are raising for (Brain Tumour Research) is very dear to my heart, as people who know me will be aware. Brain Tumour research is desperately under funded each year, so any amount you can share (especially being post Christmas) will be hugely appreciated!!.
So please dig deep and donate now.

In the UK more children and people under 40 die of a brain tumour than any other cancer and yet it receives less than 1% of national cancer research spending. Our goal is to raise funds to accelerate progress in UK brain tumour research, make a clinical difference and improve patient outcomes.
