Thanks for visiting our fundraising page.

Norman and Paul work for HSBC East London Region, who are local corporate supporters to Richard House this year.  This local HSBC community project provides local rundraising events where many employees are taking part.   Paul and Norman decided to help raise funds by riding their motorcycles from Richard House in East London to each of the furthest HSBC branches in the UK on each point of the compass and back.  The trip started on 7th June in Beckton, East London, then to Penzance, onto Exeter, then Liverpool, over the sea to Ireland to Londonderry, onto Inverness, along to M&S Money in Chester, then onto Lowestoft before the final leg back to Richard House.

Paul and Norman felt 'just' making the trip a little easy, so they each decided to learn to play the Ukulele in March this year and played, albeit badly and sand a selection of songs at each branch visit.  The Ukulele idea was a success helping to raise awareness and much needed funds for Richard House.  Norman and Paul are still talking after a very 'close' week - look out for the DVD of the trip available at all good shops.
