Thank you for visiting my Cystic Fybrosis fundraising page.

After my little jaunt through the Sahara last year and with no other event planned this year, I thought I should attempt the Great North Run half marathon in Newcastle for the fifth time (on the 5th October 2008) to raise funds for a deserving charity. It should also ensure I am vaguely fit  for a new challenge in 2009.

I have chosen Cystic Fybrosis as I have friends with  children affected by this potentially crippling disease and have seen at first hand how they are affected.
