I have to admit to being a little disappointed with my time as I was hoping for something closer to the 4.15 mark but there is no kidding that this was a tough undertaking. I'd like to congratulate Mark my running mate who ran a very creditable 4hrs.10mins and 20secs.

It was fantastic to be a part of the whole event with over 48000 other competitors, some 1million + supporters around the course, all this allied with your tremendous support has made this one of those life memories that will remain with Fiona and I for all time. Your generosity towards my fundraising goal has been truly outstanding and the amount raised beyond anything I could have perceived. Thanks to all of those whom have rallied to this top cause. You have donated over £2000 on line in addition to the £2000+ off line so a MASSIVE Thanks to you all.

It's been great to have family and friends new and old from all around the UK give so generously.
