So after 5 years in the wilderness I have decided to embark on the gruelling training schedule and run the London Marathon again! The theme....Paul is back, and this time it's serious!

So serious in fact that i'm also doing the Silverstone Adidas half marathon 6 weeks before the BIG ONE!

That is 39.3 miles people!!

Update! Paul adds another half marathon to his schedule..Milton Keynes, 8 March!

My training has already started so it was time to get my fundraising page up and running so that you can all support Sense. Please read a little bit about the charity, they really do some fantastic work and offer great support and comfort for deafblind people and their families.

If their are any runners out there then please drop me a line....always looking for training partners! It does get boring on my own!
