Story

We've decided to raise money for Lois, the daughter of one of our colleagues, Stuart Russell. Stuart and Karen's baby daughter Lois suffers from a severe case of cerebral palsy. They have found some treatment that could really improve the quality of life for Lois. The treatment is expensive which is why we are supporting them and raising money for such a worthwhile charity as Advance.

To find out more about Lois please visit www.justgiving.com/loisrussell

Tough Guy is an assault course set out over 150 acres of farm land and is roughly eight country miles in distance. It takes place in the depths of winter and involves running through ice-cold lakes and rivers, fully submerged at various points, over obstacles, through underground and under-water pipes, up and down muddy hills of various lengths and steepness. This along with the barbed wire and fire basically means two to three hours of torture for us!

To find out more about Tough Guy please visit www.toughguy.co.uk or www.youtube.com and search 'Tough Guy'.

Lois isn't the only child that suffers from this illness and if we can bring some relief and pleasure to Lois and her family then as a team we will have done our bit.

Donating through 'Justgiving' is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor us. Advance gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, 'Justgiving' makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

Many thanks to you all for your support.
